Acceptable use

Orionis is intended for lawful, responsible AI development. This policy outlines the baseline expected for future service access.

Prohibited use

Do not use Orionis to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, exploitation, malware, unauthorized surveillance, rights violations, deceptive impersonation, or attempts to bypass provider safeguards.

Provider and regional rules

Use must also comply with the policies of the provider serving a request and the laws applicable to the customer, end user, data, and operating region. A model may be unavailable where those requirements cannot be met.

Security and credentials

Customers must protect credentials, use appropriate access controls, and report suspected compromise promptly. Credentials must not be publicly posted or transferred outside authorized teams.

Enforcement

When production access begins, Orionis may limit, suspend, or terminate access to address abuse, security risk, legal obligations, or provider requirements. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a path to appeal.
